Credit card processing fee is realy low in License Store. There is no setup fee or monthly payment. We request $0.50 plus %8 of the transaction amout. Example: You have a product and planing to sell at $30 . Licstore commission amount per transaction is 0.50 + 0.08*30 = $2.9.

2- Prepayment base

You may also use your paypal account directly , in this case money directly goes to your own account from buyers. This package has no commission rate or amount, only there is a prepayment depend on the number of serial key you load.

1- Commission base

LicStore is a product of the company Sylow that is established in Nederland and Turkey. Credit Card processing is done in Nederland for this reason we apply VAT tax rate 19% for EU buyers. For special request please contact us.

2- Prepayment base

If you use your payment account, tax rate is zero in Licstore, you should handle your own tax rate from the paypal. Paypal has a facility to set up a country based tax rate.

Credit Card transaction may be cancelled due to bank request in 60 days. At this point Licstore cancell the transaction and inform you seller by e-mail. The transaction amount is substracted your income. Licstore pays chargeback fee due to the cancellation fee.

2- Prepayment base

You should handle in paypal by yourself.

You may request your income after 45 days from the transaction date due to the transaction cancellation issue. In some cases depend on the seller and licstore relations this time will be lesser. Seller request the money by email, Licstore may phone for confirmation in some cases.
Bank transfer is done to the your bank account in 2 days, and trasfer may take 1-3 days depend on the seller country and the bank. Transfer fee is taken from seller product income, is $20. In Some cases it exceed this amount, at this point licstore will inform you before the transer.

You may rerequest the product key from LicStore. License Store may send the product key by email. http://www.licstore/store/sale_forgotkey/2 this is sample link for product 2 (product id). Customer may reach this link from seller site. Or in licstore products page find the correct products and from there customer request product key.

LicStore has nothing to do with the product problems, so this between seller and customer. Customer please check product carefully before purchase it. Our sales are not refundable because we send product key online and after getting product key we can not prevent to use the product. Sellers may follow the orders after login the site. Select the Order Management link near the products. Order info transfered to Sale info when the purchase is completed. Order means uncompleted purchase because of uncompleted payment.
